Shannon Hadeed was my lawyer in a messy long custody, visitation and child support matter. My ex-husband is a high profile business owner. We had several hurdles to scale in my case, business taxes, personal taxes, psych evaluations, and a GAL who played favoritism. It was a long battle, however in the time that Shannon was my lawyer, she proved herself a great listener, dedicated, thorough in her research, and awesome in negotiating my final agreement with my ex-husband. If you need an amazing family law lawyer, I highly recommend her.

Where to start... I found Jeff Robinson by doing a general search of great lawyers in my area. I was headed back to court after failed co-parenting and knew I wanted a tough lawyer to finally put a stop to harassment and nonsense. The name Jeff Robinson means something. I read reviews that he was THE lawyer you would want on your side. Not only because he does such a great job at representing you but because he is also feared to be on the opposite side of you. I had to meet him and I wasn't disappointed. From our first meeting, I knew he was a no nonsense type of lawyer. My litigation was drug out for almost a year. So much wasted energy and emotions over failed co-parenting and the willingness of opposing counsel to try and win no matter what. Jeff had strategy every step of the way and was smart. I was able to rely on his expertise and came out ahead in the end. The whole office was fun (as much fun as there could be) to work with. They were very professional and personable at the same time, which was very much appreciated. I am very meticulous and wanted to be involved in every step and Jeff and I worked very well together. Dealing with litigation is never easy (or cheap), but I can truthfully state that I will be calling Jeff if I ever find myself in this position again.

Mr. Robinson was the right choice with a long drawn out divorce of which I had to change attorneys and boy was I glad I did. Jeffery brought to light information and the law in a way I never was aware of after some time with another attorney. This understanding of a mans rights in a divorce was helpful to settle in little time that both parties could get on with their lives. His staff were very helpful with communication and professional in all dealings had with them. I consulted with Jeffrey after my case was drawn out and going down a path that put me in a difficult place and after the consultation I hired Mr. Robinson to represent my case. With his expertise and professional representation a 19 month collaborative process was done in 8 hours of mediation. His understanding of my situation and ability to explain this position to others made for an equitable ending for both parties in a long term end of marriage situation. Thankful to Jeffrey and his staff and only wish I would have sought their expertise earlier.

I can’t emphasize enough what a difference Jeff made in my life during my divorce process. I had literally met with 4 other divorce attorneys prior to meeting Jeff, and they all told me the same thing, which is essentially that I would be financially crippled by divorce. The attorney I hired before Jeff made my life a living hell (advice - DO NOT hire McKinley Irving). My counselor recommended I consult with Jeff after spending three months with another lawyer who she felt was asleep at the wheel. I hired Jeff and I am so glad I did! He was attentive and gave excellent advice. He helped me and my 4 kids through a very contentious divorce. He helped me fight a negative GAL report. Jeff and his staff were dilligent and direct, confident and compassionate. The mediation process- when the other party was attempting to paint a picture of normalcy with her and my sons relationship. To have you walk out of the conference room after hearing from the GAL. The words you said were “I think you’re going to be pleased with his recommendation” and boy was I. Lastly when you walked into the courtroom during trial you looked at me and smiled. Thank you, Jeremy The outcome- To understand the outcome you need to know what our goals were. Early on Mr Robinson asked me what I wanted and what were my goals. I replied that I wanted 50% custody of my four children and to pay X amount. Jeff and his staff were able to navigate the muddy waters (putting it kindly), he and his staff were able to get me 50% custody of my 4 amazing children and we landed smack dab on the number I was willing to pay. If you are finding yourself in a similar situation you owe it to yourself to sit down and speak to Mr Jeffrey Robinson. You won’t be sorry!

Almost 10 years ago, Jeff was recommended as THE attorney i should use in my child support/order case. Really wish i had... what i believed was an attorney i couldn't afford ended up being the one i couldn't afford not to use. Making the right choice then could've saved years of trouble but better late than never. When it came rime to review the order, i knew where i needed to go. As always, he and his team were/are attentive, incredibly knowledgable and above all else, my advocate (and yours) & squarely in my corner. What i feared would be another round of, we'll just say getting the short end of the stick, was a favorable and very reasonable resolution. I just can't thank his office enough. I had consulted with multiple attorneys before hiring Jeff. The other attorneys told me that as a father in Washington state that I should just be happy with whatever the courts decided. Jeff did not take this approach to my case. He worked hard to protect my daughter's rights as well as my rights as a father. I am very happy with his work on my divorce and the fair parenting plan he was able to get for my daughter and me. Jeffrey Robinson is one of the best family law attorneys in Pierce County. I would recommend him and his staff without hesitation. Unlike many other family law attorneys, he is a litigator and is prepared for the courtroom - a necessary strategy even if your case ends up settling. At the same time, Jeff is incredibly reasonable and realistic about your case. He will not tell you what you want to hear.
