I would highly recommend Dan and his team. After quite a traumatic accident, I dealt with insurance and bills on my own for several months. After hitting a wall with the insurance company to continue receiving treatment for my injuries I had no idea how to proceed. When Dan took over my case, I felt completely confident that everything would be handled without me having to worry about outstanding bills or being hustled by the insurance company due to my age or inexperience. Dan was extremely professional and trustworthy, he explained every process well, kept me informed and I never felt pressured to make any decisions that I didn’t understand or feel comfortable with. Mary, his assistant, was also in regular contact with me throughout the process. I appreciated their attentiveness and interest in me as a person! I hope that I never have to hire an attorney for an experience like this again but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call Dan. I am extremely pleased with his services and grateful for his help!

Dan was my attorney for a rear-end car accident where I was the passenger of the car that was hit. Dan Miller Jr. drafted a custom estate plan for our family that gives us peace of mind with our two small children. Dan was friendly, easy to talk to and he answered our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Dan quickly responded to our emails and phone calls. We sat down with Dan for the first time and he drafted our estate plan and we signed it the same week! Call Dan if you need a great attorney who will give you personal attention!

We started using Daniel two years ago for our personal estate planning. Since then, he has worked with our company on foreclosures, contract composition, letters to clients, legal advise, and other legal matters. Dan was so fantastic to work with. I did my homework before contacting him regarding the need to file for bankruptcy. He got on the phone with me and spent 20 minutes talking through things before I even gave him my name. I met with him shortly thereafter, and the process was started immediately. Being new to that situation (needing a lawyer, filing for bankruptcy, etc), I was unsure of what to expect - I don't know if this is the "norm" or not, but Dan was very communicative via phone and email, and sometimes even responded on weekends to emails that I sent. When I had questions, he always answered them clearly so that I could understand what was going on. Even months later, when another question relating to the bankruptcy came up, he continued to reply to me quickly and answer questions. I would (and have) recommend him to others.
