The environment is very welcoming and pleasant. When I first emailed Mrs. Goeller, I was expecting a typical response any other attorney would cut and paste into a message. Her message was reassuring, knowledgeable, and very rewarding for my conscience. She went above and beyond when I sent her a few inquiries about my case and made me feel comfortable enough to represent myself and obtain the results that I wanted. If this is the type of customer service I will get from a few inquiries, I can only imagine the level of confidence and assurance anyone else would receive by having her represent you. She is very personable and trustworthy with her knowledge and meticulous attention to detail. I hope I never have to reach out to her again, unless it's under better circumstances :)

Mrs. Goeller kept me informed of my case. She was prepared 3 times more so than the plaintiff, this is important in a case where it was up to the plaintiff to provide burden of proof. I have told my insurance carrier that I prefer to use her in the future. I can easily reccomend her and her team.

I found Ms. Craven to be professional, yet approachable. I found her to be timely with any concerns and honest and thorough with answers to questions I had.
