Mark was very thorough, professional and honest. We hired Mark for my son to get a parenting plan in place for my grandson. Throughout the process Mark was always responsive to our questions and he aggressively worked with everyone involved to ensure healthy family relationships. The best interest of my grandson was always at the forefront. Ultimately my son got full custody. We are forever grateful. We went to Mark because of a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did.

Mark's representation in a child support case resulted in a significant increase in my monthly child support payment; the ruling Mark got was not substantiated by fact or law; the Court Commissioner was allowed to make a 'results based ruling'. Mark was happy to take on the appeal, which was not successful either.
