Our CDL A driver was on his last straw with insurance, he never thought to hire a lawyer to help fight a ticket before. Better late than never, we hired Attorney Samas to help us fight the ticket and we were able to save this guy from loosing his livelihood. Case dismissed! Thank you Mr Samas!!

A friend of mine (also a lawyer) recommended Dan to help with my ticket. I'm glad he did. Dan is fast to respond, professional, straight to the point, gets the job done. I hired Dan Samas to challenge a ticket I received for speeding. Not only was he fairly priced but he was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the entire process. In the end, Dan was able to get my ticket dismissed! I did not have to pay any additional fees to the court and most importantly it did not go on my driving record.
