I was referred to Dan from a friend who previously worked/hired him with a similar case to mine. I had received a speeding ticket in early January from an undercover cop on my way home from Whistler. Given my clean driving record ... it’s been ages/years since I received a speeding ticket ... I didn’t agree with the decision the cop made based off “how fast I was going” or better yet, “how fast the cop got behind me” because the office came out of nowhere and was on my tail. What made the situation more difficult is that I had just switched insurance providers given the new home my fiancée and I purchased and after switching insurance companies. All together, the money spent on Dan’s services were great and I would highly encourage anyone that has received a speeding ticket to work with Dan to resolve your case. He assured me that I didn’t need to be present for the hearing and his communications were excellent. It can’t get any better when your case is dismissed. Dan is the man!

Have worked with Dan a couple of times now. He has always made the process of dealing with traffic tickets very easy and has always gotten mine either reduces or dismissed. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who has a ticket. Having it not get sent to your insurance company is a really big deal (this costs you many times as much as the ticket itself usually). And Dan has always gotten it reduces/dismissed such that the insurance company does not see it.

My family has used Dan twice, and had a positive result both times to what we felt were unfair tickets. Hopefully we won't need his services in the future, but we are very thankful we found his firm. For those thinking about it, please recognize that when you hire Dan, there are three outcomes. 1. Dismissed - This is the ideal result, the ticket is dismissed with no need to pay any fine. 2. Negotiated Down - This is still a positive result as the fine is reduced and the moving violation is modified to a non-moving violation which won't affect your insurance rates. Dan's fee is lower than an increase in your insurance rate. 3. No Change - This is the only negative result, this means you pay Dan's fee, your fine, and your rate goes up. Based on all his online reviews, it seems as if the odds of this are very low. I bring this all up, just to bring awareness to those folks seeking his services. It's important to realize that even if your ticket isn't dismissed, you're probably still going to get a positive result by hiring him. Honestly, for a busy, working dad; just not having to worry about a court date was worth the fee. His website clearly lays out what to do in order to retain his services, he e-mails you the day before your court date to put your mind at east, and then calls you after court to give you the result of your case. He's worth every penny, thanks again Dan!
