First off hands down Dan is the Best lawyer I have ever used. Not only did I have an almost impossible ticket to get out of he still got it dismissed. I was just hoping for a reduced ticket but no again he was good enough to get it dismissed. So how bad of a ticket well it was 105mph in a 60mph yes I said 105mph. Now it was a pace ticket not radar but still its my word over a State Troopers so yeah I figured Im screwed. I researched for the best Traffic Lawyer in WA State and found Dans name all over because well he is Damn good thats why. After a free Consultation and explaining how things would go and what to expect I hired him. He charges a flat fee of $250 on a traffic ticket doesn’t matter the speed. Which is a bargain given that my ticket was $485. After my court date he called me right after to tell me he got my case dismissed and I was blown away. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for his Services. If I ever need a Lawyer again will not use anybody else but him. I got a red light ticket entering highway in Renton WA. Mr. Samas was very good in listening to me. I told him that I was ready to enter highway, and it did not make sense when I saw yellow light and suddenly stoped. So, my case was dismissed. Thank Mr. samas for his help. Very patient to communicate with me and responded quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Dan was able to help with my wife's ticket for playing cellphone while driving, Dan sent good reminders and followups, we dont need to worry about anything and it was all take care of, ticket dismissed and we were so happy.

Dan Samas was great! He called me days before my court date to let me know my speeding ticket was being dismissed. I'd use Dan again - I just hope that I don't need to! He did great keeping me informed during the process. I would highly recommend calling him if you've gotten a ticket!
