The Pearson Law Firm is amazing. I was in a car accident when I was 8 months pregnant and was given their contact information which truly was the best gift I could have received. During such a scary time, I was immediately met with empathy and care from their team. After telling them about my situation, they were more than willing to help and also very honest and open about whether it made sense to hire them. I didn’t move forward with hiring them because my case was fairly small, but they provided guidance as I needed it as I worked directly with the insurance. They were gracious, honest, empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this law firm and will use them if I ever need representation.

Very professional and personal services

Jerry and his team helped me navigate, all the questions, and pressures that arose in what became a nightmare. I would have never made it through all the paperwork and questions, resulting from my car accident without their help. I'm so happy I was referred to them, and would gladly refer any of my family and friends if they needed help.

I am grateful for all the work and the results that Pearson Law Firm did to help me for the last 2 ½ years. I was so lucky that I did not pay them anything and yet they did so much for me. They fought my auto insurance company so I could get all the treatment I needed entirely paid for the full 3 years-the most amount of time I could possibly get-while I did very little outside of treatment. They all did the groundwork to make that happen. On top of that, they did a lot of work to help my settlement. They retrieved my medical records, which were a lot. They gave me advice on which doctors to see, talked to my doctor and got letters from him. They hired people to help my claim, communicated with both insurance companies, paid ALL the costs, and ultimately negotiated with my insurance company so that I could receive a larger financial settlement than I could have ever imagined. They were all reliable and prompt. They took care of things whenever I needed it and explained everything I needed to know. Jerry even made calls as a favor to help my brother-in-law find a lawyer he needed. Being able to treat for all this time without having to fight for it and receiving this amazing settlement has helped me and my family tremendously. I couldn’t be happier.
