After reaching out to several of those law firms seen on TV and heard on radio, I chose one that I thought I could really work with. Wow. Was I wrong. Talk about adding serious anxiety on top of dealing with recovering from an auto accident. So much anxiety in fact that one of my doctors suggested that I go to a psychologist. That appointment felt less like an appointment but rather a coffee with a friend. For the very first time since being hit by a truck (literally!), I could actually focus solely on recovery. Pearson Law Firm took care of everything else. They did everything they said they would and frankly, I feel they went the extra mile or two more than expected. I can't tell you how much I appreciated every call being returned, every email responded to, the follow ups on what the team was doing in the background, plus the check-ins simply asking how I was doing. As for the conclusion, my doctor said I had recovered as much as my body would allow so my case went into the compensation phase. We always want more for the trouble it is dealing with an auto injury, however I must say the settlement on my case was more than what I expected. All said and done, after the insurance paybacks and services of the firm, I know I still received a larger settlement than what I would have received should I tried to see my case through on my own. Bottom line, hire Pearson Law Firm, you will not be disappointed! Rather you will be delightfully surprised how fantastic it is to have this team fighting for you!
