I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan - an excellent attorney who successfully got my speeding ticket dismissed. Their professionalism, expertise, and thoroughness resulted in a favorable outcome in my case. I highly recommend Dan to anyone in need of legal representation for a traffic violation or other citations. The whole process is very convenient for a customer - log the details in their website, they communicate via email and keep you posted. I got a speeding ticket in Snohomish County on highway 9, doing 63 in a 45. I assumed I was screwed and was willing to pay the ticket, but I was worried about the impact on my insurance long term. I hired Dan to see what he could do to reduce the ticket. Not only did Dan take care of all court proceedings, but he also got my ticket dismissed outright! I am super happy with the results. I will say the hiring of Dan and follow on communications are quite lite. After hiring him, following the process on his website, I got a brief message back from him saying he was now my attorney. I expected a formal contract or other legalize from him stating where his responsibilities started and stopped, but that's not the way he works. So that's much different than any other representation agreement I have had with an attorney. All that being said, it all worked out fine and he did take care of everything (as expected) with zero drama. Just know this is how it works.

I've had the privilege of working with Dan on multiple occasions over the last 12+ years. (At least 6 or 7 times) On each occasion he's done a terrific job of keeping me in the loop on status, updates and I have no doubt he has saved me thousands of dollars in insurance premiums. I encourage everyone to keep Dan's contact info handy for when they get their next ticket. He's my first call (or email).
