Dan is hands-down amazing. Getting a ticket is not a great experience for sure and certainly we'd like to get it cleared as soon as possible. I called Dan and he was very responsive: 1. He explained clearly what are the next steps and what are the chances that it can be dismissed vs other options 2. I have a LegalEase so then Dan asked that I open a ticket with legalEase. That said, understanding the importance to respond quickly to the ticket, he responded rapidly even before getting LegalEase case number. 3. Afterwards, it took a while for me to get the court date. Dan was very patient in answering my questions and weekly calls to confirm if we have a date yet and patiently shared information that case has been accepted by the court, that he has been listed as attorney and just that court has been slow lately 4. On the day of the court, he kindly send an email again to say that it's court day but I need not to do anything 5. At the end of day, he emailed again to share results and... he got my ticket DISMISSED!!! 100% recommend. This is a lawyer that understands the stress of getting a ticket, very responsive, compassionate, professional (keeps you posted along the way), and simply GREAT in what he does !!
