I hired Dan Samas to fight a second degree traffic ticket. The moment I spoke to him I got the filling that I had made a great choice of hiring him, great customer service, he always kept me updated about my case. He sounded very confident when he said that he could get it reduced to an inattentive driving ticket at the very least, but he ended doing better than that, he was able to get my ticket dismissed. It was the best case scenario. I can't thank him enough. If you ever need a lawyer to fight a driving violation, Dan is the Right person to call, I will not hestitate to hire him again in the future.

Dan was in touch with me within an hour of emailing his office. He explained the process he was about to go through, as well as keeping me informed of what was happening with my case. Update, 11/2019: I got another ticket. Same exceptional and professional service as before, and guess the results? Ticket got dismissed. I've got "Speed too fast under condition" violation, I contacted Dan asking if he can help. He provided detailed explanation of what's going to happen and the possible outcomes. I sent him the violation and forgot about it, he took care of everything and kept me always updated. The day before the court, he reminded me about it, I was totally forgot. After he is done, he gave me a call notifying me that the case is dismissed. I am really happy with choosing Dan, all what I did is just a phone call and scanning a violation and then he professionally done everything.

Dan Samas got my speeding ticket, a moving violation, COMPLETELY DISMISSED. After getting into a car accident that was my fault (hydroplaned and rear ended the car in front of me) I was given a $180 ticket for "Speeding too fast for conditions" Dan Samas was recommended to me by another lawyer I knew who was too far north to represent me. I am extremely grateful to say not only did Mr. Samas lower my ticket to a non moving violation, he was able to get the ticket COMPLETELY dismissed. His fee was $250, so for really only $70 more, insurance will have no idea this ticket ever happened. There was also very little I had to do on my end except for hire him in the first place.
