I received a driving ticket in Feb 2021, and I contacted Dan Samas. Right away, he responded to me, letting me know what to do, and he would take care of it. I am pleased the ticket was Dismissed. There isn’t much to say other than Dan has been by far the best traffic attorney I have ever hired. He is super responsive, very professional and gets the results everyone hopes for. I’ve had a traffic infraction here and there and Dan has been the only attorney who has gotten my case dismissed. Usually I’m expecting the “we got your infraction lowered to a seatbelt ticket” or some sort of non-moving violation but the subject line in Dan’s email, the same day he went to court for me, was “Case Dismissed”. Highly recommend him and his services.

Dan had to work my case during COVID and there were many hurdles waiting for the court date. He did a great job communicating with me throughout the process and I had a great outcome. He also made me realize that I can use my group legal should I get a traffic ticket again.

I’m a truck driver from Florida and work for Schneider, while driving at the King County area a police officer pulled me over and gave me a really harsh and unfair ticket. The next day I contacted Mr. Samas and that was the best decision I’ve made. Due to the pandemic the case took longer than expected, but Mr. Samas stayed in touch and always gave me updates on the case. The case was dismissed and am very grateful for his services.
