I was issued a citation for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle that I thought was completely unwarranted. Because of Dan's experience and thorough knowledge of WA traffic low, he was able to thoroughly advise me on what to do. Hire Dan and he will take of everything for you; you don't even have to show up to court. All the while, he will continue to communicate with you on every step of the process. I highly recommend Dan. He ended up getting my $1,062 ticket dismissed.

While on vacation in WA, I received a ticket that I did not believe was justified. Back in CA, I did some research on finding an attorney and luckily found Dan Samas. I called and instead of getting a random secretary, Dan himself answered the phone! After filling out all the information I needed on his website it was all just a few emails exchanged back and forth from there. A TRILLION STAR rating! I was in spot as i had received a second ticket on the last week within the same year (the first being put on deferred referral for a year). Admitting on this infraction would have costed me both the tickets + a monthly insurance premium increase. Dan Samas not only handled the case professionally but he was able to get my ticket dismissed from Shoreline Court (a rather difficult court) as a result of which my first case would also be dismissed and not appear in my driving history.
