I had such a positive experience with Sam Elder as my lawyer. I was in a car accident a few years ago and the whole experience was overwhelming. I had just bought my first car and within a month I was in a bad accident and it was close to being totaled. What can I say about Sam Elder .... just about everything done by Sam and his staff was over the top! My PI case was almost 3 years in completing, but when Sam took over it accelerated 10 fold. He knew what worked and didn't. Communicated with me in layman's language and allowed me to understand through to completion. My settlement was very fair due to his negotiations. Very, very happy with results and him.
