Scott and his team did a great job dealing with my ticket. Barbara is the real horse power here. She did a great job communicating with me and answering my questions. I was able to hand everything over and then allow them to do what they do best. I do however have some constructive feedback. It sounds like Scott had another lawyer cover his court case because he was out of town. We were still able to arrive at a favorable outcome however I did not hire his colleague I hired Scott. This is an important point for me because it leads into the second part. I was not able to speak with Scott directly. I would’ve appreciate even a brief phone call to share more details about the case or important information that he could use in the event he needed it. At the end of the day, his team was able to achieve the best possible outcome and that’s what I was hoping for. If the outcome had been different we likely would be having a different conversation. I am a big believer in transparency and that would’ve been much appreciated. Overall I am satisfied with everything. I am grateful to him and his team. Very Professional and things went smooth.

The process working with Attorney Leist's could not have been any easier. I made one call and spoke with a member of his staff who was very friendly and helpful. I filled out the form his office sent me and emailed that back with a copy of my ticket. I was told because I had promptly engaged with his office that no other action on my part would be necessary. A couple months letter I received a letter notifying me that my ticket had been DISMISSED! I would, and already have, recommend his service to anyone who received a traffic ticket in the areas he served.

I had a speeding infraction that I needed Scott’s help with. I called his office as soon as I could and they were able to help me know what the process was going to be like and what documentation was needed. They were very polite and willing to answer any questions I had about what was going to happen. As soon as there was an update on the case, the communicated that info to me as soon as they got it.
