Professional and courteous.

Dean Perkins, is a name you can feel with more than trust. He is a solid Metal. Pretty much all attorneys have long, short term expriences but this guy knows how to approach, how to handle the interest of his client and how to win the balltle for his clients. This Attorney knows the Chess of Law ! He is an experienced attorney in Seattle. As my Attorney he got me a total win win !! My case was a tough one and it took a longer time than I was expecting but Dean worked hard with patience and great intelligence and he got me the results more than I was expecting ! I will highly recommend him to others who are in need of a wise and an intelligent attorney. He is kind, honest and a humble Soul who works really hard for his clients from his heart.

I called Shawn when an insurance company was coming after me with damage claims. Even when presented with evidence that put the other driver at fault, they continued to press me to pay. Shawn took over and fought for me. He worked long hours and late nights Compiling a defense to prove my innocence. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and gave updates and did not “BS” me at all. He presented the defense to the other companies attorney and the case has now been dismissed. I don’t know what I would of done without Shawn’s hard work and perseverance. Thank you again very much for all your help Shawn!

My absolute go-to car accident law firm. I was hit by a car a number of months ago and when I called them they got right on it and started handling my case! I've had two Super Lawyers in the past, both with perfect Avvo 10.0 ratings, both regarded as top 10 and one of them rated as the best of the best and I can tell you, Shawn Mccully is right there with them. Shawn has the grit experience and capability to see your case to the end with the best possible outcome that is achievable. He is as as good as it gets. I had a review hearing and I was without my prior attorney as he was no longer on retainer. Shawn saw me up there alone facing off with the court, understood the gravity of the situation and stepped in on my behalf and battled for me as if I was if most important client. I hired him on a hourly basis for other follow up review hearing or probation violations and eventually retained him for a full fledged new legal proceeding where the charges were dismissed and the outcome was favorable.:. He charges a retainer fee that is a steal for the level of representation you get. He worked with me on a payment timetable if need be every time and he almost always answers my emails regardless if it is after hours or the weekend. The whole team of there is great. Rest assured that you will be in good hands with him.

If anyone out there is unfortunate enough to go through a horrible experience such as myself, all I can say is you would want Shawn defending you. He is knowledgeable about the system and the prosecuting attorney and will give you all of your options and be very up front with you about the process and what "typically" happens. He was willing to sit down with me on short notice in the middle of his work day and write a letter to my potential employer's HR department head in regards to the false charge on my record during this process after they processed my background check. He made me feel comfortable in an extremely uncomfortable situation. He was prompt in returning emails, phone calls and texts. He knows what to expect or not expect and he knows how to handle the bullying tactics made my the prosecution. I would highly recommend Shawn if you get in a situation that requires legal counsel.

Susan Cohodes did a great job for me. I was rear-ended twice in just a couple of months. I was concerned about how to handle one claim, let alone two! She made it very easy and everything was settled to my satisfaction. I would recommend her.

Shawn is an excellent lawyer. I was beyond happy with how he helped me. I was facing some sericous charges because of the tremendous lies from the "victim" in my case. The other woman. He saw through her trying to extort thousands of dollars from me by using the courts and the PA to do it. He was a good negotiator and ultimately went to the PA with the truth and motives of the "victim" and they dropped all the charges. I am very pleased. He was a very claming force and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend his services to other friends, but none of us get into trouble.

Definite no go! Was a client at this place I wouldn't call a law office and never again. These guys never return calls or call back as they say, no progress up until I've started calling them every other day to get them to do something. Took much longer to solve simple accident than it should have. I would have been better on my own. Poor service would not recommend to anyone.
