Tom is a professional, gracious and hardworking attorney. He gets the job done, and is very meticulous about his work. I highly recommend him as a tax attorney in particular because he gives thorough and clearly analytical answers and legal options and recommendations that mean something but allows the client to make the decision on how to proceed.

Tom is my younger brother. And even though my practice is 10 years older and half the country away, he's my go-to guy when I need tax advice. When I have questions about tax issues or about anything related to elder law, I consult with Tom. Tom is exceptionally knowledgeable about both business and estate tax issues as well as those unique questions that arise related to Medicaid and other elder law matters. And unlike some attorneys I have dealt with, Tom is always straight forward with me in those very rare occasions when he doesn't know the answer. But he'll find out. Aside from that, Tom is just a good, decent, principled and honest man. Without fail, I have always found that I can take Tom at his word.
