My family and I chose to work with Evergreen based on good reviews. We needed help with my uncles unexpected death. Initially everything went great and we were really happy with Conor. Once we arrived in WA to get the paperwork in Kennewick, where we were staying we were told that our meeting AND necessary paperwork were in Spokane, 2 hours away. Our initial call DETAILED that we would be in Kennewick and Richland and needed for our time there. So you can imagine our surprise that these things were in Spokane. This is about the time that Hannah lacked communication skills. Calls made from my cousins phone were ignored yet calls from mine were answered which shows me they were ignoring her. We will NEVER recommend this company. In a time that we needed help, they added to our stress.

They were very patient with my questions and explaining what was happening throughout my case.
