Everybody is super nice and helpful. Have had struggles with a bill that was supposed to already have been covered, and Dan took over and took care of it promptly. He has been very easy to talk to, and very helpful with any questions I have had as well. Had a bit of a rough start with paralegals at first, but for the most part they have been great as well. I have been dealing with Lucero lately and she has been very helpful. Makade helped me finish up closing my daughter's case and he was very helpful with my questions, and easy to talk to. Overall my experience with fielding has been a pleasant one.
