Lynn is the attorney that I used for my brother's probate in 2013 and I was so impressed. Her office was responsive, informative, and supportive during a difficult time. Elder Law Group has a great group of professionals that worked with us. They were knowledgeable and helpful as we worked through the process of making our will and setting up our trusts for the future.

My mom went to the tri cities elder law to help put things in order due to my dad is dying of cancer. She paid over 6000.00 and found out that they not only over charged her but set it up wrong. For a month she tried to contact a lawyer in the Spokane office to fix paperwork, due to no longer a attorney in tri cities office, but only spoke to a secretary. She had to pay another lawyer to fix it. Will be filing formal complaint

I had bad experience with a person of authority and I needed to find some one I could trust fast, I hired attorney and thought I’d be ok then got ahold of Shelly and knew I’d be ok,hired her on the spot cause I could tell in her tone of voice just over the phone how compassionate and understanding she was,not just good attorney but a great person,I fear no bad outcomes with justice in my case and words can’t say how thankful my wife and sun are to have you defend my rights god bless,anyone reading this if Shelly will take your case you won’t find some one more devoted to your case if you had wrong doings just be honest with her and she will do the same!
