I have been doing handyman work for Celski and Associates for a little over 2 months and seen Properties in all price ranges. The properties they manage are clean and in good working order when tenants take over and repairs are handled in an expedient manner. The staff is reasonable and friendly to work with and attentive to the needs of tenants and the property owners that they work for as well as taking care of their subcontractors.

Best property managers we've ever had! My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the level and speed of service Celski & Associates has provided us. As tenants, we have worked with a number of property managers over the years in various cities and none of them come close to the service and professionalism of the good folks at Celski. Specific shout to Thea and Andrea!! Couldn't ask for better!

Carolyn was my real estate agent. She kept me up to date on bids, layed out the most likely time line, and did all the leg work so the only time i had to take off work was the final papers.
If i ever need a real estate agent, i will be looking her up.

I've really enjoyed working with Celski & Associates, specifically Mike Corrado. He was very helpful in getting me moved in and always responds quickly when I need help with the apartment - he even responded at 11 pm once to help fix a smoke detector. The apartments are well managed, lawns are kept mowed, and overall, it has been a great experience working with Celski & Associates! (Thanks Mike!)

Celski and Associates is currently managing my property. Michael Corrado gives me monthly email updates on the property. After a long term tenant left Michael re-rented it very quickly at the current rental market value. He was very responsive when I have any concerns. He scheduled and let all the vendors into the property to measure and do repairs. I am pleased with the service Celski and Associates provides.

Mike Corrado was a pro. Found us a quality tenant, even during a month of snow storms. Showed the house on weekends and after work. Will totally do business again.

They were brought in to take over our HOA. They walked into a massive mess but were able to organize the mess and report findings to the homeowners. They have been great at communicating with the homeowners and bringing logical ideas to the table.
