I enjoy Celski & Associates' prompt response to issues, thorough reporting, and proactive tenant management. Turnovers are quick, tenants are treated fairly and appreciate the high quality standards for care of their homes.

We have been clients with Celski & Associates for over a dozen years. We have found their property managers to be responsive, attentive to our needs as the homeowner as well as to our tenants. We have not had an unhappy tenant, nor one that didn't always pay their rent on time. We are very pleased with the personal service we receive from Celski & Associates.

Jonathan from Celski manages my two rental properties in Richland, and he does an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. He handles small problems independently and efficiently, and consults me on bigger repairs. The renters he chooses are excellent, and the rent is always deposited by the tenth of the month. I own other properties in other states and he is head and shoulders above the other managers. I recommend Jonathan and the Celski team very highly.

Celski and Associates and specifically Carolyn have been amazing. They're incredibly helpful, kind and flexible. We rented a condo in West Richland from them and the process was quick and smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again, by far the best property management company I've worked with in the Tri-Cities area.

I am a current tenant with Celski and Associates and love them. Their staff is really outgoing and easy to get along with. I had a few issues with my garbage disposal but it was taken care of. I would rent from them again if I don't stay in my apartment now.

A breath of fresh air! Superior attention to detail. Willing and able to tackle the challenging aspects of multi-family property management. They have lived up to their claim that they would treat my properties like their own. They are bringing in needed repairs and turnover outlays below my expected costs. My "owner's distribution" checks much higher than those tendered by previous management. I am VERY satisfied.

Purchased a house with this company. After lots of looking, my Realtor helped me find a custom build. She was with me every step of the way and she helped me negotiate a great deal!
Carolyn even came to my first few meetings with the contractor to be sure I was comfortable and getting what I really wanted.
I'm happy to say I'm all moved in and loving the home she helped me find. I couldn't have asked for a better team!

All the way appreciate and trust Jason with helping me start my divorce process. He answered all my questions and reviewed all my papers I printed off line to make sure I had everything correct and ready to file to the courts. I suggest anyone in this position of getting or questioning a separation or divorce to contact his office for a free consult to make sure you wont have any more hassle then the process will be.
