We love that Moulton Law has an office in Kennewick. It makes it so convenient to have someone local in case we have questions with our trust and know we can meet face to face to discuss them. Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly.

Don’t waste your money or time. Very unprofessional. Doesn’t reply to emails. Doesn’t call back. Doesn’t communicate. I got a consult with Mr. Edelbute back in August. He agreed to help me. Had me review a proposal, and never got back to me after that I reviewed it. No follow-ups whatsoever. I have sent several emails and tried calling his office, and it’s as if I was ghosted. I have not heard one thing back from him after over 3 months. Extremely unprofessional. If I had known he was just going to take my consult money, I wouldn’t have wasted my time, money, or energy with this lawyer.

Worked with Don for 3 year to set up a simple parenting plan with no success. Very unsatisfied with the poor comunication. It has been 3 months since I last heard from him.

We became clients of this firm recently after being introduced to them through a friend. I was very impressed by the attorney (Mr. M. Gunning) who was handling our affairs. Likewise, we were impressed by the very competent, efficient, and professional staff personnel (Ms. J. Hubbard) who works in the Kennewick office. We are extremely pleased that we can access their services here in Kennewick versus their primary office in Spokane. While many legal matters can be handled electronically, certain matters need a face-to-face meeting. Having these services available locally is invaluable.

This guy will tell you want you want to hear just to obtain his retainer but will not actually deliver or follow through with what he says. He has horrible staff turnover which make communication horrible. He would set up meetings to discuss the case just to charge me but never actually do what he was suppose to do. He only succeeded in putting me in a worse situation and a financial strain. As an attorney he should do better by people who are already in a tough situation. Don’t waste your time or money he won’t help!

My wife and I decided to put our assets into a living trust with Moulton Law after seeing the way they have taken care of my parents. My dad had just recently died and Moulton Law is working to protect my mom from unnecessary state and federal inheritance taxes. We have had to make a few changes to our trust since creating it and Moulton Law has incorporated them all for us at no charge! I would recommend Moulton Law to anyone who wants to protect their estate.

Excellent. OLIVIA couldn't have been better! She is pleasant, and we believe extremely knowledgeable..she was confident, articulate and so helpful. A brief response to reviews by Jones & PB. PB sounds like he had a criminal case---I don't do them so he's not referring to me. Jones has never been a client of mine nor have I ever met him. I did represent his wife and he did not like the outcome of the case. He likes to file bogus ethics claims, though and his ethics claim was completely rejected by the Wash. St. Bar Ass'n. J. Sanchez did not pay me the $ she alleges and what money she did pay me was completely refunded to her 20 days after she originally retained me. Regarding K. Fultz's "review": I represented her husband in their divorce case. She is well-known to the court system as an abuser of the legal process. She has filed or has had filed against her over a dozen restraining orders, she has a criminal record that dates from her teens to now. I believe she is currently facing criminal charges for violation of the restraining order in the case I helped her husband in. I believe these charges were brought in Yakima Co. District Court in Dec. 2024 In my opinion she is a very troubled person. No one, and I repeat, no one, should take anything she says seriously. Regarding L. Miner's review, I briefly represented her in 2013. Her "review" has no basis in fact. Anyone who bothers to take the time to look through the publicly available records of her case will agree.
