My own experience with the Girth-Eddy Law Office was awesome! The professional and caring service offered me support as I worked through my incident. The courteous and ethical standards of this office were top notch and appreciated.

I have yet to ever meet any of the actual lawyers. Mr Bothwell conducted a phone interview at the very start - before any papers were signed, but not a peep since. It seems the attorneys are just figure heads and they hired paralegals and assistants to actually operate the place. At first, communication was good, responses were quick and informative. However, as the months wear on it has become increasingly difficult to get a returned phone call or even an email in a decent time frame. I had an emailed response from the assistant stating that she did get BOTH of my voicemails but she gave no reason for why they were ignored and my questions unanswered. She was simply responding to an email I sent asking if she HAD received my voicemails. But as I said, no reason given for the lack of response. I'm absolutely certain that the office is quite busy, too busy even, but that is no fault of their clientele and no reason for being ignored. I still have an email and (I believe) a voicemail that are yet to be replied to from earlier this week.

Our questions having to do with our will were answered clearly and Mr. Eddy guided us in making the necessary adjustments to accommodate our changing needs. Every few years we check in with him to make sure our will is up to date.

Once I decided to get my estate documents in order, I called Mr. Eddy. I had attended a community class he taught on estate planning that was very informative so he was my first, and only call. He provided me with more documents than I thought I would get but definitely needed. He answered all my questions and provided even more information to help me. Everything was done in the timeframe he said and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Gierth-Eddy Law Offices for estate planning needs.

I paid for a consultation with Mr. Edleblute in regards to an employment law situation. Admittedly, my situation was complex, but it seemed like he had a hard time following along, and ultimately could not provide me with a definitive answer on whether or not I had a case to pursue. He kept referring to company policies while I was seeking answers to state laws. The holidays were closing in and he asked if he could research the situation and get back to me in a few weeks (after Christmas), which was not a problem at all. That was the last time I heard from him. In regards to employment law, he did not appear to be clear and concise in his knowledge and abilities. In a nutshell, I paid to tell this gentleman about my problems and never received a simple answer if any state employment laws had been violated. I found the experience to be of no value and I would discourage anyone from considering this attorney for employment legalities.

Don was able to get me in for a consultation quickly. None of this week to call you back and then scheduling a month out nonsense I've been getting other places and the consultation was free! We sat right down and talked about recently what I needed made a plan and agreed on a price. No hassle and so much more reasonable than others I talked to who kept trying to upsell me or wanted full retainers when all I needed was some paperwork finalized and filed.

Absolutely LOVED working with this firm. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with a friendly. They made sure to clearly explain the entire process and made sure my wife and I had a clear understanding of it. Always got back to me with questions regardless of how obvious the answer seemed. I recommend this firm to anyone who could use their services!!!
