Tim Hamill is an excellent attorney. He fought for me every step of the way. His staff was phenomenal. They were part of my family in the care and advice they gave me. Adequate client service, responsive throughout the entire process, I was always alerted about any an every step of the process. By working with them, they we're successful beyond measurement to help me recieve my disability quickly. I recommend Mr. Bothwill & associates. Richard and Angie have amazing personas and show such love to help. They helped guide me on where to go to get help after my car accident. Very personal and caring group. I was taken care of very well and they helped me to get compensated as much as I could be. Definitely would do business with them again if I need it in the future. I am a DIY in most things including taxes and real estate transactions. I considered using a ‘free will’ tool online but visited with Mr. Eddy on the advice of a friend. Thank goodness! There were many pitfalls in my beneficiary plans that he steered me clear of including tax issues. For a very reasonable fee I can know feel solid about what I leave behind.
