Easy to work with and great staff!

Thank you so much to Alisheva Law and everyone working there! Thank you so much also to Elizabeth that also helped me so much on my case! After such a bumpy road with my past lawyer I found Alisheva Law on TikTok! It didn’t take long at all to get everything approved. I was going on 5 years with my past lawyer and seemed like I was getting no where. With Alsheva it just took less than 14 months or so. For anyone looking for a lawyer or a 2nd opinion do not hesitate on contacting Alisheva Law. Everyone working there are super nice and friendly and amazing people! I going to start by saying that God always take me to the correct people. I found Alisheva law in instagram through DACA post. I was really impressed by the amount of people she was helping when. I started to follow her on Instagram. I decided to made an appointment and Alisheva was very professional and answered all my questions. I moved forward and applicable for my Advance Parole. The process was very easy and the paralegal Josie helped me with the whole process. Every time I had a questios, she would answer my email right away. It took about 7 months to get approved. That news brought tears to my eyes. I was super excited, but my job denied my time off..I was very upset and sad at the same time. I called the office and Brenda helped me by sending a letter to my employer, explaining the importance of taking this trip. I am happy to say that, thanks to that letter and this amazing team who helped me every step of the way. My manager approved me and will be traveling to Mexico after 23 years. I can't explain the excitement and mix emotions I am having. Thank you for all your help. I highly recommend Alisheva amazing team!!!

Realmente no sé por dónde empezar. Esperé para hacer esta review porque por algún tiempo pensé que todavía era un sueño. El hecho de que ha sido más de 25 años no he sido capaz de ir a México y visitar a mi familia ... Pensé que nunca iba suceder, pero con la señora Aliya Alisheva y su equipo, lo hizo posible. Durante años, he ido a algunos de los mejores abogados de inmigración (incluso uno famoso que era muy conocido en la televisión). Todos me habían dicho lo mismo: "Nada es posible. Lo siento. No hay posibilidad". Con la señora Alisheva, no. Durante el proceso de la entrevista no paró de hacer preguntas para conocer mi historia y ayudarme. Se nota que quiere ayudar a sus clientes. Como he dicho, sigue pareciéndome un sueño hecho realidad. No, espera. Si fue un sueño hecho realidad. Ella es un ángel dado por Dios aquí para ayudar a aquellos que durante años no han sido capaces de ver a sus familias. Lo sé de hecho, ella es mi ángel. Aliya Alisheva y su equipo, gracias. _______________________________________ I genuinely do not know where to start. I waited to do this review because for sometime I thought I was still in a dream. The fact that its been over 25 years I have not been able to go to Mexico and visit my family...I thought it would have never happened but with Mrs. Aliya Alisheva and her team, they made it possible. For years, I have gone to some of the best immigration lawyers (even a famous one that was widely known on tv). All of them had said the same thing, "Nothing is possible. Sorry. No chance." Not with Mrs. Alisheva, no. During the interview process she kept asking questions to know my story to help me. You can tell she wants to help her clients. Like I said, it still feels like a dream come true. No wait. It was a dream come true. She is a God Given Angel here to help those who for years have not been able to see their families. I know for a fact, she's my angel. It was the first time I ever boarded a plane too. I went to my beautiful country and came back. I shed happy tears when I hugged my family after 25 years. Thanks to Alisheva Law I was able to go visit my hometown in Michoacan, Mx after about 30 years of not being able to visit. I 100% recommend Alisheva Law.

Thanks to Aliya Alisheva and her amazing Team my mom was able to visit her parents and family after 25 years on advance parole we had no problems coming back and she is now able to work. I found her through Tik Tok and after being told by other lawyers that my mom needed to leave for 10 years her videos gave me hope and I’m glad we reached out. The team is very responsive and helped us through the whole process I can’t thank them enough May god bless them.
