Claim was made during 'covid' time. Through all the challenges, Chad and his team - Elizabeth +, remained calm and guided through the process to a successful, validated, conclusion. Patience is the name of the game and they provided the calm through the storm and fought it out every step of the way.

Extremely grateful for Chad Hatfield and his hard work and determination. Given my case had the typical difficulty that all ssd cases have, I unfortunately added more difficulty with a move out of state and name change among other things, and Mr Hatfield never backed down. My first trial the power went out where the judge was located ending my trial without me being allowed a fair chance at the trial -the judge just automatically denied my case. Mr Hatfield then took my case to federal court. After 7years of trial and waiting Mr Hatfield successfully won my case with 7 years of back pay. And doing so by working with judges from other states that he had no experience with. Hatfield law has always been very easy to work with taking on all the stress and making my part of it all painless and stress free. New diagnosis and findings were easy to submit, communication with my doctors was done in timely manner and added successfully to my trial. I would highly recommend Mr Hatfield.

I trusted this firm to do their best for me. 3 months later, they had done nothing. They lost the list of doctors I had provided and submitted my claim to SS without any relevant documentation to support my claim. Chad handled a land use case for us. We as a group of about 40 people in our neighborhood used Chad to help prevent a developer from putting 100 units of apartments in our immediate single-family neiborhood. He met with us as a group several times to inform us of our rights and the ways to resist the city and the builder. The developer had hired an attorney out of Seattle to argue his case but with Chad at the wheel we won at the hearing examiners court and then at the city council hearing.
