Jenny was great! The entire Moulton law team have been very efficient and we had no surprise on the final price or finished product. Attorney Mike Gunning did an outstanding job of explaining the entire process, advantages and issues if you choose not to get a living trust. To us it was no question that it was the right thing! The local Kennewick office was perfect for us, because I don’t think we would have made it to Spokane and we need a local contact.

I can say that Don is one of the best Lawyers that Tri Cities has. If you need someone to fight for your rights as a parent he is the one to go to! The first time I met with him, I explained to him my situation and asked him if he can help me? He said Yes I can. Im so grateful that God used Don so I can get 50/50 custody for the well-being of my daughter.

Jenny, thank you for all you time, patience and understanding during our visit with you today. It was a bit overwhelming going over all our Final Wishes, etc. But you kindness and concern were very evident. I especially appreciate all you patience and understanding with my husband as well.

Highly recommend Don. Ive been going back & forth with this courts stuff for over a year now with my last lawyer when out of nowhere he dropped me without notice & never heard back from him. When I hired Don he quickly picked up where my last lawyer left off same day I got the consultation he started on my case. Plus gave me good advice, modified my parenting plan & finalized orders.
