if there was a way to give negative stars I would!!!! they lied about the way they handled my case, they made me EMPTY promises and withheld my money for at least one day that I know of!!! terrible service!!!! wouldn't recommend them to ANYBODY I know in fact I WILL do the total opposite every time I have the opportunity!!! Thumbs DOWN!!!! I am totally with Diane Simon as far as reviews!!!!!

A few years ago my parents had a car accident with someone who didn't have insurance and we only had liability so it didn't cover us or our car. Dennis and Brandon still listened to us and even though we didn't get signed in with them, they still showed us what to do and how, so we got medical help and our car got fixed. They're really nice.

While our insurance was treating us well we found ourselves with Ritchie-Reiersen after realizing there was so much more involved than originally expected; glad we did! Anna Diaz has been a guiding light along the way and truly wonderful to deal with. More than simply doing her job, she honestly cares about you, your situation, and ensuring you are made whole respective to all aspects of an accident. Anna took the stress off our back and helped get the diminished value we were due on a relatively new truck with very low miles! Have faith in Ritchie-Reiersen and don't rush in to a settlement you might later regret!

So a few months ago my husband and i were in our first at fault accident. With in a few days we recieved a packet from Richie law explaining there service. Thank goodness because although i didnt think we would need it next day got another letter from insurance saying we would need a lawyer! I was extreamly anxious that if we got lawyer it would get worse. At Richie they assured me they would take care of everything. They gave us a time line for process that was dead on. To top it off i recently (2 or 3 wks.) Recieved a call from them to tell us we had a smaller second check. Nice right! Well it slipped our mind. However, that was only brought to our attention when we recieved a second call this am about said second check!!! Cant question this firms customer service!! I would not hesitate to use them again!
