Denise and Brandon, did a great job handling my case. From the moment I spoke with them they accepted my case and came out of the gate swinging. I never felt like I was out of the loop on what was going on, nor did I ever feel like I was being lead in a direction that I didn't wish to pursue. They took on the burden of dealing with not only the insurance companies but the doctors and medical companies as well. My main concern was to heal and recover from the accident and they made sure I was able to. Hopefully I won't need an attorney again but if I do, then I will most definitely be coming back.

I was in a car accident last July 2016. My wife is in BNI, and so is Brandon Ritchie of Ritchie & Reiersen Law, so we decided to go with them. Our case has had a couple of bumps in the road as I assume most cases do, so we were placed with Maria, and she has for the most part quick to respond and attentive. And honestly, we're a little bit surprised what Brandon and his team did for us. We appreciate it. So thank you, Brandon and your team.

Perhaps it was his inexperience, but he was not an advocate for our case, and he seemed to just be going through the motions. He was not a good communicator, many calls and emails not returned and didn't seem to grasp to full extent of our issue and it's defense. I suggest finding a more experienced lawyer and going elsewhere which is too bad because the firm he is with is incredible!

In September of 2016 I was in a car accident. The day I met my chiropractor he recommended Ritchie Law Office to me. My chiropractor even went as far as having Karla meet me at his office so that I wouldn't have to drive to the law office. Dispite a minor hiccup, Karla has been amazing and helped me through my case every step of the way. She is always available and keeps me up to date on my case and how it's going. I would definitely recommend this law firm to my friends and family if they ever needed an injury lawyer .
