This was my first time dealing with anything related to accidents, treatments, and claims. I didn't know where to start or what to do, but the Fielding Group picked up everything, told me every step of the way, and answered my millions of questions every time. They really cared about my case and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the process. If I had an slight con, the only thing would be sometimes the assistants could be a little hard to get a hold of right away but I always received an answer within 24 hours so it was never a problem.
