My dispute would have been with an Insurance company and shortly after my free consultation the Insurance Company chose to pay my claim. However in our consultation we agreed we start off with some letters of inquiry to the Insurance company so I put down a large deposit to get started but then less than 24 hours later the insurance company call me and says they will pay?! Now if MR. Hays was a dishonest attorney he could have said he had started doing something on my case and charged me, but when I asked him what I owed him he said nothing!

Mr. Hays in more then one occasion gave me excellent advice on both personal injury and estate planning. He explained my options and has not tried to push me into being a client until I am ready to move forward.
