Tim & Kevin were a HUGE help in this very scary process! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were always quick to answer my questions and got things done quickly and made me comfortable. They were upfront & honest and the whole staff was great no matter what my need was. Even after everything was done & taken care of Kevin is VERY QUICK to respond to my questions, needs and always does it with a great attitude which I truly appreciate. Very knowledgeable and friendly... Got things taken care of quickly and made me comfortable and explained things through the whole process, it was very nice to know what to expect and know that if I had any questions they didn't charge me extra... Price was fair and services reasonable. Friendly staff and very responsive when questions were asked. There were a couple minor oversights but they were quickly fixed. I would definitely recommend.

I had previously worked with another firm for an entire year trying to file. Unsuccessful and worse than that I paid 800 dollars for a year of stress and being charged for every email and phone call. Tim was upfront and honest from the start. Entire staff was pleasant and so willing to help out. Tim and Olsen Daines had entire process done in just over a month. Blew me away! Tim is the MAN!! They lie in their commercials.i went in to get their help,and was denied any kind of help.the attorney "bothwell " told me "sorry,just get on welfare because we won't make hardly any money off of your case,if we decided to take it"..
