I can't say enough about Jenny Hubbard and Moulton Law. They have been a godsend for my mom. We went to another lawyer last year. Mom wanted a trust. They forced her into a will and she never felt comfortable with that. I reached out to moulton law, and it was a night and day difference. They made everything so simple and explained everything so we could understand. When we went into the Kennewick office to sign papers with Jenny, she was amazing. It felt like we knew her forever. She was so sweet and funny. She has a great relationship with her partner Tiffany. They are a fantastic team. We were finished before we knew it and she made sure we understood everything. I had some trouble with my teenage child. I have had full custody of him for the majority of his life but needed his father to step up and help due to his poor decisions. Don was able to help facilitate communication between my son’s father and I. Despite my differences with the father, Don was able to get everything agreed to and wrapped up without the need to have an ongoing litigation. I reached out to Resolute Law as I was in an incredibly dire and time sensitive child custody case. In setting up a Living Trust with Moulton Law was simple and easy. The first initial visit was sitting down with an attorney to lay out everything that needed to be protected and how our wishes were to be fullfilled. We were then handed off to Jenny. Boy! what a professional. She guided us through all the documents that needed to be signed, explained everything and how they relate. The only big disappointment was no pizza. For some reason with the signing taking close to two hours, I had a notion a pizza would be there. I was wrong! Jenny realizing the disappointment on my face quickly present a Twix candy bar for my enjoyment. I have used Moulton Law in setting up a prior Living Trust. I am confident with the support and knowledge that all of our assets are protected to the fullest.
