I met with Rob in early 2020 , paid a $2000.00 retainer for his help with a legal matter. I received a letter when Covid started saying there would be delays for all clients. This was the last I ever heard from him or his office. I have since called dozens of times for a refund of the remainder of my retainer as the matter I hired him for has become irrelevant in the 3 years that have passed. I have never received a call back. I would just like the retainer returned. I cannot fathom taking money from someone and never providing the service or a return of the money paid. Looking at other reviews, I see I am not alone there are plenty of others who describe similar experiences.

Doing what's best for his pocketbook, not the client. Would not recommend this attorney.

This man will take your money and disappear. Don't expect to ever hear from him again after you've paid his retainer. In any other line of work he'd be a criminal.

Epitome of a shyster. Takes advantage of the elderly and the down and out. Paid 1000.00 non-refundable retainer, and NOTHING in 2 years!

Robert Taylor-Manning was able to fit me in on short notice and take care of my needs quickly with respect and empathy.

I would NEVER recommend this law firm or Robert Taylor Manning. I hired Robert because he sounded confident in what he was doing. Communication was a HUGE issue. Robert never returned calls or emails. Our first hearing he was late to by a hour. The second one he did it completely wrong. The judge said “I legally can’t do anything because he did it wrong” and wrote a side note asking “what are you doing to your clients”. Immediately after that hearing he said we would get a “significant” credit to our account also a credit in the amount of the opposing sides lawyer fees I was awarded do to him waiting there time for doing it wrong. After that hearing he and his team ignored all communication with me. Leaving me to have to find a new lawyer and have yet to see a credit. In fact I have gotten another bill instead of a credit. It took him 6 months to get to my case. The only thing he accomplished was a change of venue (which he was a hour late to) everything else he did wrong. He charged me nearly $10,000 and I have yet to see a credit. I will be posting this to the public to warn them not to hire him or the firm that hired someone that doesn’t know what he is doing.

I came in for a free consultation with Robert Taylor Manning regarding a legal matter & was very pleased by what a nice man he is & how honest he was regarding how much certain documents would cost & in my situation it would only take money out of my pocket. I was very glad to have had the opportunity to meet with him. I would definitely recommend his services.

He was hired to complete estate planning. He cashed the checks but did not deliver as promised and would not return emails or calls. We moved to different counsel to whom he has also not responded.

Robert help me at a most difficult time and I felt that he represented my interest effectively to the courts. I can also count on his advice.
