Had a case and lawyer Bothwell stated to us several times that it was a difficult case to present. but he took the case anyway. He on two separate occasions verbal and unprofessional outburst. one on the phone conference and the second time in person. we were very concern for his behavior towards us was very rude and unprofessional. to behave in front of a client. i would recommend another lawyer not this firm for defending those who are vulable and can't defend themselves and to have a lawyer who mistreats them is a shame.

The first thing this guy said to me: "I know you were drinking and driving" and i have to laugh because the truth is i was sober. I was experiencing medical problems......and when my blood alcohol came back it was zero. Haha!

Best in town, Tim Hamill is an excellent attorney. He fought for me every step of the way. His staff was phenomenal. They were part of my family in the care and advice they gave me. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me through a troublesome time I give them five stars and I would advise anyone in need of help with Labor and industry to go to Tim Hamill.

472 days and still open... you going to lecture me about patience again?.... how are you people still in business?

I was a client of Mr. Bothwell for almost 6 years. Mr. Bothwell and his assistants, most notably Christina, always treated me fairly and with respect and kindness in those nearly 6 years of being a client. My case was not favorable in the end, it went all the way to federal level with a second hearing, and I do not doubt that I would not have been able to go through this whole process without all of their help!
