I suggest that you look around for another attorney, do not use Charlie, who use fear tactics to have you plea into deals that will not benefit you in the long term I was in a setting with the family where he use profanity, which is not professional as an attorney, that someone retained with their money They hired him to do a job and what I have seen was not a code of conduct for an attorney if you hire an attorney to do a job, they should not use fear tactics. Please do your research and think twice before you use Charlie from this law firm.

If you have a civil case & you're a man who's being messed up by his Ex, then you better hire a tough female lawyer - women swing election votes for elected judges & all other elected officials who only care about their paycheck & re-elections. Attorney Brad took 5k in advance from me & i told Newton & Hall that i needed a tough lawyer to represent me since my Ex kept filling false accusations against me just to use a PO for custody. Nothing was done professionally & i kept following up with all the documents & oral info that would help me in my case. The weird thing is: i kept getting ignored after i made the initial payment upfront which was forced on me. it's very sad that our society cares money & material life the most & not children, family & morality.
