I'm highly satisfied with the quality of service I've received here at Newton and Hall. They were worth every penny. Drew was highly supportive and knowledgeable and represented me gracefully in court today. If I ever need legal representation again in the future I will certainly return to this firm. Made an appointment for 4:30 pm today. Seeing as how I live pretty far away I headed that way 2:30. They called to confirm my appointment at 4:10 right before I arrived. I sat in the waiting room until 5:45 with noone coming out and speaking to me. No offer to reschedule and the explanation of " it will just be a few mins. He is finishing up an appointment " upon my arrival.
This was a waste of my time, my money and made me late for picking up kids from childcare.
I left without speaking to anyone.

Got me in for a consultation right away, did everything he could to be as helpful to me as possible given my situation. He was able to get me through court and the processes I needed to go through to satisfy the courts. Always responded in a timely matter and really made me feel like a human in a situation rather than just another person with a court case. I am so happy with him as my lawyer through this.

This was my first time seeking out a lawyer. I researched lawyers in the area, and Erik Kaeding’s name popped up along with a few others. I chose Erik’s office and am completely happy. The initial conversation and meeting went well. Upon entering the office, his secretary was friendly and inviting. Erik was upfront about the potential outcomes. My outcome was very favorable, and I am very thankful.
