Brumley Law Firm is the reason why I was able to acquire a business in March of 2021. Being a first time business owner with very little entrepreneur experience I found that the logistics behind buying an existing business in far more complex than I thought it would be. That’s where Josh came to my rescue. There were so many fire drills that I had to take care of in order for the business I was purchasing to legally be transferred to me and my wife it was ridiculous, however Josh was understanding, patient and delivered with everything he said he would do. Despite how busy he was he was extremely responsive, communicative and best of all delivered on everything I asked of him. I will absolutely continue to recommend him to all my family and friends based off the tremendous experience he provided me. WOW… I was I a previous law firm for two years and had a hard time. While still working on my case after 2years and having hard times, my brother had a many good things to say about his case with Alayna at Brumley Law Firm. So I substituted my old Attorney for Josh & Alayna. At first I was scared to switch over law firms because I’ve been with them for 2 years, he knew my case and how far I was becoming. Though things just weren’t right, it didn’t feel like I knew what was going on what so ever. If you were to ask me about an update I’d say it was the same since I first talked to my old attorney, which is a major red flag. I just didn’t want to go through the hassle or switching over to anyone.… but I knew deep down if I didn’t substitute, I my case wasn’t going to do well. With my brother working with Alayna, I’d have him ask her many questions for me to better understand my case while being at another law firm, and she happily answer them no problem, she’s take time to help me as much as she could… and that was for FREE! So once I knew I had to just leave and substitute, I did. It was a fast and easy transition to Brumley Law. Thought was the BEST DECISION I’ve ever did she has helped me so much through my case and we have been pushing through more than I’ve ever had with my old attorney. Alayna cares about not only my case but me as well, I’m so happy I substituted for Brumley Law. Everyone else in that office is nice and welcoming. Better than I’ve ever had previously. *READ THIS* If you don’t read everything at least read this part or if you have been reading this whole time this is the last thing I have to say.
