Rear ended with minimal property damage to my vehicle (Feb 2017). I did sustain injuries such as whiplash, muscle soreness and strain in both shoulders and lower back. My treatment consisted of chiropractic care, massage therapy and received facet injections in shoulder/back. I had an MRI done, which diagnosed a slipped disc as a result of the accident. The insurance company of the defendant would not accept liability even though he was issued a citation. They tried to make a case that the low impact collision didn't cause my injuries. Upon returning back to health in late Sept 2017 we issued a Demand Letter for medical compensation and pain & suffering. The defendant's insurance company did not respond and at this point weren't accepting liability. I had to go through an Independent Medical Exam that dragged my case along slowly. Joshua Brumley working as co-counsel with Evan Oshan had all the confidence that my case would come to a positive outcome if we just played their game and hung in there. Mr. Brumley and his head paralegal (Lew Humiston) worked tirelessly and fought my case doggedly and filed a lawsuit on my behalf. Instantly this opened the lines of communication with the insurance company's defense attorney. I was thoroughly prepared by my attorney when subpoenaed during the discovery process and wasn't that nervous. Less than a week later, Mr. Brumley informs me the insurance company is ready for settlement and is offering their policy limit for damages. It was a long time coming, but definitely worth the wait! I highly recommend Mr. Josh Brumley when looking for a winning attorney! Thank you!

This firm responded promptly. Did not push for an in person visit which I liked. I ultimately did end up hiring this attorney! Very pleased so far.

Unprofessional. Unscrupulous. Incompetent. You'd be better off hiring a corpse. Nicole was TWO hours late for the divorce trial. Not only did she not help her client's case, she hurt it. Rather than advise him that she was not qualified to handle his case, she went through with the case and her lack of knowledge and greed is still costing her former client. If she had ANY self-awareness, she'd find another profession. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON REPRESENT YOU. It's sad when other attorney's know her by her gross INCOMPETENCE.
