I am an individual with no legal experience and Ms. Weaver clearly articulated the entire legal process, and proactively explained the potential outcomes of my case. I was arrested with a .18 BAC and she was able to get it reduced to a Negligent Driving in the 1st Degree, which will be dismissed in 2 years, as long as I stay out of trouble.
