So Joshua Brumley was my attorney for my case. He was amazing! Very understanding about my situation and even got my case dismissed! Definitely going back to him with no hesitation. Would recommend him to anyone!

The entire law firm including Mr.Brumley, Shay the receptionist and laura Tocheny were very professsional in taking care of my legal needs. I was able to drop a charge and get a deferred prosecution. Anytime I needed them they were very responsive and professional. They did cater to my needs ans get me the best possible outcome. So Thankyou to the whole team and I would recommend using their services. Just be prepared any trouble in Kent is not fun. But they will have your back! Thanks guys!

If you like to lose, this is the firm for you! I was ignored for weeks with out returned emails or phone calls. Never got input on the defense, Joshua was not prepared and the other lawyer ripped him apart. When the judge ask me a question, Joshua yelled at me in front of the whole court (zoom meeting). Had to call Joshua before the first hearing because he had never even tried to talk to me. We lost, I still have not received the final paper work that the judge issued. Once again I am being ignored, dodged calls and emails. Oh and when we lost, he dropped me like a hot potato. He is holding my paper work hostage because my dad gave him a bad review, well here is another one. If you defended me as hard as you defend your review ratings we probably would have won. You are better taking your money anywhere else. Edit- They are still holding my papers because of a bad review, such babies. For real, go somewhere else, unless you need to lose your case.

Not only was he highly unprofessional, but he was terribly ill prepared for my case. Fee was about what the rest of the world charged, but not only could I not get in contact with him, his support staff couldn't even get my number right, even though I called 3 seperate times to make sure. I was given an excuse of someone being on "vacation" that I had just talked with an hour before?!?! I don't believe that he had even read any of the letters that were written beforehand. He was not prepared to answer. No I would not... NEVER... would I recommend him to anyone

DADS PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! I have week on week off parenting plan with my older four kids. I hired them to handle my custody case for my younger two kids. At first they were very helpful. I gave them everything that I’ve filed including evidence (declarations from my older kids moms stating how I’m a great father and how the week on week off works great for the kids) that was needed for the case on a flash drive. They sent me back paperwork which they needed to file which told the court I have a lawyer. As my case continued there was a findings court hearing which they never told me was going on. I found out I had a court hearing after the fact. They emailed me that I had court hearing, in which my ex’s lawyer didn’t show up to and that the judge granted a continuance. Why did I need a continuance if my lawyers was there? Why was there court hearing yet I’m only hearing about it after that fact? They said this is typical in family court and that I had a strong case so I will be fine I had nothing to worry about. They said because the other lawyer didn’t show up it looked good for my case. I took their word for it cuz hey I paid my 2500 just like the next guy plus they said I already had an established parenting plan with my older kids so that would help me a lot. So they never answered my question but kept telling they are working hard on my case. They said I needed to go to mediation with my ex. So I agreed, now I’ve never been to mediation but I’m pretty sure it involves negotiating. The day of meditation I get a call from a new lawyer from their firm whom I never met or talked to you. Not only did I have to catch her up on the specifics of my case but she failed to negotiate anything for my case. Now instead of having my daughters basically on a week to week bases I have now become an every other weekend dad. Here’s my favorite part of it all after the mediation was over they told me to add more money to my trust in order for them to work on my case more. When I hired them they told me that they would fight for my right to as father. They didn’t do anything remotely close to fighting for my rights as a dad. Now I have to live with the fact if I would have hired a better law firm my younger two would be with their dad at least 50% of the time. Now they must be raised separately for the next couple years all because I put my trust in the wrong firm. I wish there was I could get a refund and start over with a new firm but there’s not. Be careful whom you hire to handle your family law. I wish I would have read the bad reviews first. Please please please don’t make this same mistake. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. I can’t tell you which law to hire but I know for sure that brumley law firm is a law firm I would ever hire again. They see you as number not a person. They don’t understand that their lack of work has real life consequences to real people. At the end of the day they collect their paycheck while those dads that have entrusted in them to fight for their rights lose more than just money. Now I lose precious time with my kids and peace of mind wondering if my kids. These are things money can ever buy. Please don’t hire them!!!

After being let go from my place of employment for unsubstantiated claims and discrimination I reached out to over 15 different law firms for assistance! I received a call back and assistance immediately with Donna at this law firm! She was educated, well versed, thorough, sincere and genuine and was able to help and assist me through my entire case! This is a well organized law firm with Josh leading an extremely competent, professional, and attentive staff. They are consistent, timely, and very responsive in dealing with a chaotic court and judicial system attempting to manage its way through the current COVID crisis. I have yet to meet any of them in the office, but feel I know all of them as they are extremely personable as well.

I scheduled a consultation online for 5:00pm. I received a consult to move the time because they are only open until 5:00. Then they checked with the lawyer and were able to get me a phone appointment for 5:30. No call. The lawyer called the next day to apologize for the "calendar error." We reset the time to that evening at 5:30. Again no call.

Brumley Law Firm is absolutely amazing! Josh is very professional and truly cares about his clients. This firm recently represented me in a personal injury claim and they were so transparent and kept me updated throughout the process. I feel so blessed to have found Brumley Law Firm and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team made me feel like a priority and handled my case in a timely manner which helped me reach the outcome I was hoping for. Mr. Brumley is an excellent lawyer.
