I have worked with Ms Morfitt of Lutz Law on a number of times on cases where she is counsel for 1 party and I'm the realtor helping sell the home. Each time we've worked together, I've been impressed! What I find most impressive is how she is able to explain the situation to her client in a way that evokes logic and fairness rather than ruffled feathers. On more than 1 occasion, the opposing party have told me the wish they had retianed and used Ms Morfitt as their attorney. That speaks volumes to her professionalism, throughness and williness to find a fair solution to a hard set of problems. Bottom line, I highly recommend her!

It is hard to put into words all the gratitude that I have for my Attorney Kelsey Morfit and all the staff at Lutz Law. After being married for 30+ years my divorce has been an ongoing harrowing experience. Kelsey is always there to answer my questions and spell out all my options. David 100% cares for the outcome to be in best interest of his clients . David showed us that he gets to the point , doesn’t mess with unexplained costs ( he works hard for every dime without wasting the clients money ), he keeps us in the loop 24/7 or any changes or possible problems. If you’re looking for an attorney that fights unconditionally and with passion for the right outcome then David is the man . If you’re looking to destroy someone else’s life through court than know that David will still prevail with a honest outcome and what is best for his client . Kelsey Morfitt represented me and helped lead me to successfully being granted to relocate with my child. I was able to communicate with her easily through email, phone and in person. All questions and concerns I had were responded to and answered quickly.

I hired David Lutz November of 2022, and I’m grateful for the hard work he and his paralegal Jill have put into my case. My case was an adequate cause case which wasn’t a simple case. While we are still waiting for settlement and trial, I can confidently say that Mr. Lutz has listened to my concerns and advised me throughout this entire difficult and stressful process. Not only was I granted adequate cause, but also granted full custody with supervised visits for the other party. Although my case isn’t complete yet, Mr. Lutz has been working with me and my financial situation so I can save up for trial. He is very responsive which I believe is vital for having representation. Although Jill no longer works there, Shawna another awesome paralegal has been responsive to emails I have sent. Going through parenting plan changes can be VERY stressful.
