Zach answered upfront saying he would not take the case unless it was under very specific circumstances and described to me what it would take. I asked another question regarding if a motorist hit me and did not have insurance. He said that it is rare but there is an uninsured motorist fund, but typically this doesn't happen. This answered my questions. Very reliable and experienced!
