I highly recommend Monica Chin and her team at Northwest Family Law for anyone in need of divorce or family law representation in Kirkland or the greater Seattle area. I know Monica personally and am impressed not only with her zealous advocacy and legal acumen, but also with how much she truly cares about her clients! Monica and her team work tirelessly for their clients and have a proven track record in obtaining great results for their family law clients.

If you have what you believe to be a complicated case, look elsewhere. I chose this team because of the 5 star rating and had nothing but high hopes for my case. 8 months and $15,000 of failure after failure after failure. Poor communication on the excuse of "we try to keep costs down." and what appears to be just a lack of experience from my attorney who eventually left the team to "focus on her mental health" . Monica was set to take over my case and it took her 3 weeks to even initiate contact with me after I was told my attorney left. It's very insulting while charging you $15 for an automated Email asking for thousands of more dollars. I decided to stop doing business with this team and it took another 2 months for them to return the remaining funds in my retainer pool. From the behavior of the team it makes me believe they didn't want me to gain any ground in my case, but they didn't mind milking me for thousands of dollars. Using this team was the biggest mistake and if you are a father concerned for your rights and seeking justice, these people will not stand with you.

I spoke with a woman named Mariah who was very kind and incredibly helpful! She was able to answer my questions quickly and with care. I appreciated her service!
