Great services! I went in ignorant about the will process, but they were all patient. I also dragged my feet in completing my information, but they again were so patient with gentle reminders without pressure. I’m so pleased with both their performance and my choice of CMS!

I was a prospective client, but post-initial consult, I was overwhelmed by the number of comms over a very short period of time. 3 text message reminders to take action, 3 update emails, and another 2 reminders; not to mention a hard sell loss aversion (allegedly "true" story) email. This is all within 4 days. While they seemed incredibly professional at the start (and made scheduling very easy), the frequency was way too high for me. The fear appeal email felt unprofessional and unnecessary (I already went through the consult, I'm not the target audience for someone that's demonstrated high intent). I assume if you utilize their services they'd due a great job given the other reviews, but if you're deliberate in your pace (or need time to discuss with your significant other), prepare yourself for daily reminders, perhaps multiple, in whatever comm channels you allow.

Adam blessed me with 30 minutes out of his time to answer questions I had around my family Trust. I was looking for some educated answers to some complex questions regarding my mother's Trust. Adam gave me a Trust 101 course with examples on how a Trust is handled once a loved one passes. He gave me things to look for and be aware of as I'm dealing with siblings. I highly recommend contacting CMS Law (Adam) if you are in need of a top notch Estate Firm and attorney.
