I first met Robert Cohon on the last possible day i could have filed a claim. Although we never met before he adjusted his schedule to meet with me. He treated me with the utmost importance and was extremely professional. He was organized and efficient knowing exactly what to do and when to do it. Truly, a great lawyer and a great man.

Horrible experience. She was nice and responsive when I first contacted her in January, 2018. She had a simple probate to handle with zero claims and only had to file some needed paperwork with the courts. She did several tasks over three weeks and then went silent. I had given her a $1,500 retainer. I called and texted her several times in May in hopes to close out the file so we could move forward. She responded once and said she would close it in a few days. Then never heard anything. I reached out again three weeks late, no response. I just reached out to her yesterday to again, close the file. She replied back via text that the file was still not closed and she wanted more money to do so. When I asked very simple questions, she became very rude and said she "quit" and I should hire another attorney. I finally had a call today with her after 18 months and she was condescending and very rude. She offers no customer service, a negative attitude and lack of response to people who are already going through a difficult time. She has a horrible work ethic and attitude. Her business practices are deplorable.

Neil has helped me regarding my legal needs with continuing patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. I am glad to have his services available, and would refer to him again in the future if needed.

I would 100% recommend Neil. He was very down to earth, easy to get a hold of and made the entire process smooth. Things that we specifically appreciated: communication was stellar. We felt informed on where we were in the process. Plus, we always felt like we understood what was going on and if we had a question Neil was happy to answer questions until we felt like were on the same page. On top of that when information was presented we could walk away and understand the pros / cons of our decision. We really appreciated how smooth the process was.

There’s no denying Neil’s excellence when it comes to practicing law. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he is extremely relatable, which helped ease our minds immediately. Even when we came across an issue he didn’t specialize in, he contacted an attorney who did and helped us with the transition.

In January of 2019 I got some bad diesel at a fuel station causing my car to break down (this is why you should always save your receipt!). Also, if something like this happens to you make sure you take your car to a mechanic immediately and save a fuel sample. After months of back and forth with the station's supplier I was getting nowhere close to receiving any reimbursement for over $10K of out of pocket expenses to get my car fixed. As soon as Neil got involved, literally the next day the supplier admitted fault and started negotiating a settlement. Within a week they made their initial offer which was unsatisfactory. I asked Neil to reject the offer and negotiate with them. We managed to get an offer which covered all of my expenses only a few weeks after Neil got involved. Overall my experience with Neil was fantastic. He is highly professional, a good negotiator and an excellent communicator of complex legal situations. I highly recommend talking with him about your vehicle related legal situation.

Neil came highly recommended from a very close family friend. With Neil he did what he said he was going to do. He handled it promptly and professionally. He kept me up to date each step of the way. I was very happy with how my case turned out. I would absolutely use Neil again if I needed to. And I definitely would recommend him to a close friend and family.
