Having worked with a number of lawyers in the past, I was very impressed with James. There is nothing fun about bankruptcy, but James made the process easy to understand, he took as much time as I needed to explain everything so that I felt comfortable and has a demeanor that has a very calming effect, which is nice to have in times like these. I can't recommend him enough and should you find yourself in that unfortunate position of having to go through bankruptcy, he's the best lawyer you could ever ask for! I gave him 5 stars, only because I couldn't give him more.

My filing and discharge in bankruptcy went smoothly and I am now much more careful with my finances, having learned from my experience. Jim and his office are not fancy or expensive. He didn't spend a lot of time talking, and his email communications with me were to the point and not overdone. I asked specific questions and he gave me the answers. Bankruptcy is scary and I was afraid going in, but it is now a few months behind me and I'm very grateful that another client referred me to Jim.
