While I thought this would be easy and even considered not hiring an attorney as everything seemed straight forward with no contest, what came to light very early on is that my husband’s attorney was incompetent, reckless and sloppy with his work. While my husband had paid 5x the amount that I was paying, Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic. I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way.
